The right candidate will be able to layout jobs according to drawings or stakes, installing the fence effectively, managing your laborers on the site and ensuring the customer is happy when you leave the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily walk through of jobs
• Communicate with field staff
• Identify and resolve on-site issues
• Maintain tools, equipment and truck.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications and project plans

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years running crews.
• Positive attitude
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees
• Team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and travel as needed.
• Ability to organize work task efficiently
